Restore purchases

In the Settings tab, tap Restore purchases (the DecoWow Pro screen has a Restore button too).

Use the same Apple Account you bought DecoWow Pro with. This also works on a new iPhone and after reinstalling the app.

Cancel a subscription

DecoWow Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple, so it is cancelled in your Apple Account, not in the app: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose DecoWow and tap Cancel Subscription. While DecoWow Pro is active, Manage subscription in the Settings tab opens the same page.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period or the free trial ends to avoid the next charge; you keep DecoWow Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Apple handles all payments and refunds; to ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your data

On your iPhone:

• To delete one design, touch and hold it in My designs and choose Delete.
• Settings → Delete all designs on this phone removes all of them. Designs you saved to Photos stay there.
• Deleting the app removes its data from your phone, except the random device identifier, which the iPhone keychain can keep.

Photos of your space and the designs made from them are deleted from our server automatically after 90 days at the latest (the privacy policy lists every period). Designs from the app's sample photos never leave your phone. To have your data deleted earlier, write to us.

Languages

DecoWow is available in English, Arabic, Vietnamese, Thai, Hindi and Simplified Chinese. It follows your iPhone’s language. If your iPhone lists more than one preferred language, you can choose another one for DecoWow only: open the Settings app, find DecoWow (under Apps on iOS 18 and later) and tap Language.
